Refund Policy
Any service policy purchased can be refunded in full if no activity has happened. This means that if you purchase a service package and decide that you no longer wish to go ahead and no work has taken place (we will make you aware when work will commence) you will be entitled to a 100% refund. Once work has started there is no refund possible.

Fulfillment Policy
When you purchase one of our service packages we will contact you to discuss the plan and what you wish to achieve. We will ask for information on content, keywords etc. Once we have your brief we will prepare an initial overview of the project which we will send to you before any work has commenced. On agreement of this brief we will then schedule a date where the service will commence and when it will conclude.

With all of our services we offer unlimited revisions so if you are wanting to edit something we will do so until you are happy with the final edit.
